The event is Open to all EPA Members who are aged 18 years or older as of
Thursday 24th September.

The Preliminary round will start at 12.00 noon on Thursday, anyone entering the
event must be available to play at that time as individual matches cannot be
moved, or accommodations made for time based unavailability
